Esther Numfor enjoys activities that impact people’s lives, learned over time by working with people of diverse cultures and socio-economic status. With over 15 years of experience in the social sector, she does not hesitate to take on community opportunities to engage, facilitate and execute. She supports people facing barriers to social integration, advocates for services to support them in their daily lives, and facilitates their social integration. She is a social worker and community economic development specialist and just earned a post-graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Program Evaluation at Carleton University. She sees evaluation as a powerful tool for change and empowerment. Esther believes the dynamics of today’s society call for knowledge but also supporting the little things that can make a difference for people and add joy and peace to our lives.
