Leah is a strategic executive leader and Executive Director of Women+Power, a non-profit dedicated to advancing women’s leadership, connection, and opportunity within Alberta’s electricity sector. She also serves as Executive Director of the Alberta Association of Police Governance. Her career spans nonprofit and association leadership, professional regulation, governance, post-secondary education, and community engagement.

Leah is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, certified Change Management Practitioner, and Project Management Professional. She holds a Master of Arts from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Women’s Studies from King’s University College at Western University, along with a certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures from the University of British Columbia.
